The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in collaboration with the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) is hosting the 4th PIAAC International Conference in Singapore. The conference provides a critical platform for international delegates to debate and share insights on highly relevant topics we are encountering in a rapidly evolving global economic environment, including how well-equipped labour forces are to embrace the rapid change, and the role of adult learning in the upgrading and re-skilling of workers.
